Mechanical Construction & Design
Complete Design Services
Since 1977, Tri-Cor Mechanical has offered a complete suite of design services for our clients. We work hand-in-hand with our clients, and their contractors, to deliver a full specification and design for their new construction. Working within the latest 3D engineering software, our registered engineers will draft plans that will guide all HVAC installation through construction. Our team of top-flight engineers pride themselves on delivering projects that are efficient, cost-effective, and thoroughly-researched so that there are no surprises later on.
From building upgrades to new construction, our staff at Tri-Cor are capable of handling the design-build of your project. By working closely with you, your architect, or another contractor, we can provide complete design-build services to help reduce costs, maximize efficiency, and cut down on your timeline. Our experienced engineers will work with you from conception through installation to ensure that your system is implemented per specification.
Analysis and Appraisals
Tri-Cor doesn’t just handle new construction – we are also well-versed in what it takes to bring an aging facility up to modern standards. Our Analysis and Appraisals service can help you pinpoint inefficiencies in your current systems and provide economical solutions to directly impact the operation of your facility. Our engineers and field technicians will provide you with a thorough reporting of your system’s performance while also highlighting the necessary upgrades/retrofits to improve your building’s comfort and output.
Building Information Modeling
Building Information Modeling (BIM) is a 3D digital plan of your entire building, including all installed systems and framed construction. A BIM is useful as it combines all HVAC, safety, plumbing, and electrical specification within an easy-to-understand model. BIMs are integral to any new construction, as it can uncover any potential incompatibilities between competing systems and can bring to light any future bottlenecks in construction. Tri-Cor Mechanical has utilized BIMs to maintain construction timelines and prevent cost-overruns during new builds.
